CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS
Over 3’s Christmas Party
Tuesday 15th December
Father Christmas has promised to come and visit with lots of presents in both the morning and afternoon sessions. There will also be a puppet show! We will be asking for your help with contributions of party food nearer to the special day.
Under 3’s Christmas Party
Monday 14th December (10-
Parents and Children are invited to join us for a morning of Festive Fun, when there will be a surprise visit from Father Christmas and mince pies and drinks.
Sooty & Sweep’s Magic Show
Wednesday 16th December
At the end of the morning session and at the start of the afternoon session all children in nursery will be able to enjoy a special magic show.
Christmas Singing
Thursday 17th December
Our 3 and 4 year old children will be singing Christmas songs. Parents and carers are invited to hear their children singing at 11.15am in the morning session OR 3.15pm in the afternoon session. We will be serving drinks and mince pies in the staff room.
Childcare Vouchers
The Prime Minister’s speech to Labour party conference on 29 September announced the government would deliver 10 hours per week of free childcare for 250,000 two year olds by 2015. This is a positive step for the childcare sector, but the Prime Minister’s speech failed to explain that it would be paid for by removing tax relief for childcare vouchers ............
